Gadi Leibovich

President & CEO

Gadi has over 2 decades of experience in Business Administration, International Marketing, Program Management, Engineering and R&D projects.

Prior to his position at DSIT, Gadi held the position of VP and Director of the Naval Directorate of one of the leading Israeli defense companies.

Gadi holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, an MA in Law Studies from Bar-Ilan University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Haifa.

Hanan Marom

VP of Business Development and Marketing

Hanan has broad experience and an understanding of navy defense and security needs.

Prior to his position at DSIT, he served as a Commander in the Israeli Navy and as a Senior Business Development and Marketing Director at several leading Israeli and international defense companies.

Hanan holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, an MA in Political Science, and an Executive MBA from the University of Haifa.

Yitshak Peery

VP of Naval Systems Division

Yitshak has over 4 decades of experience in underwater acoustic systems, training simulators, communications, hardware and software development.

Prior to his position at DSIT, he served as a Commander in the Israeli Navy where his responsibilities included project management, systems engineering, training, and technical supervision.

Yitshak holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering as well as an MSc in Electrical and Marine Engineering from MIT.

Eyal Oz

CFO

Eyal has over 2 decades of experience in the financial and management arenas across various areas including strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, cost reduction, systems implementation, M&A, and due diligence.

Prior to his position at DSIT, Eyal served as CFO of VisionMap, CFO of MGS Group, and Finance Director of the Open University, and has held a number of senior financial positions at large organizations in the fields of high-tech, retail and wholesale, project management, and more.

Eyal is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BB with a major in Accounting from the College of Management, and an Executive MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Shmulik Roth

VP of People & Operations

Shmulik has over 2 decades of experience in large organizations and at senior management levels in the areas of defense and high-tech, with a broad view of all the organization’s needs.

Prior to his position at DSIT, Shmulik served as a site general manager at Elbit Systems, as VP of Operations at Kinetics, and held several senior positions at ECI Telecom.

Shmulik holds a BSc in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ariel University, an MA in Political Science and Government specialization in Defense & Security from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA from Ono Academic College.

Doron Karpel

VP Projects and R&D

Doron has over 2 decades of experience in R&D and project management positions.

Prior to his role at DSIT, Doron served as a Development Manager at Elbit Systems, and as a Director of Hardware Development, Broadband Access at ECI Telecom.

Doron holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.

Ayala Geron

Integrated Quality Manager

Ayala has over 2 decades of experience in Integrated Quality Management.

Her position at DSIT includes high-end real-time project management for companies such as RAFAEL Advanced Defense Systems, IAI, and Elbit Systems.

Prior to her position at DSIT, she served as a real-time software engineer in the Israeli Air Force.

Ayala holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MSc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
